Curtis A. Cole founded what the public, and the legal community, know as this law firm in 1985. However, Mr. Cole had been practicing worker; compensation and personal injury law in Fresno since the early 1960’s. As one of the first certified specialists in California workers’ compensation law, Mr. Cole established a law firm dedicated to the concerns of injured workers and their families. Along with a carefully selected staff, consisting of associate attorney Jeff Fisher and key legal assistants, our firm became the number one workers’ compensation law firm in the Central Valley.
Mr. Cole practiced in our current location until 2005, when he retired in his 70’s. Jeff Fisher retired later in 2005, and has now passed away. The firm has grown to the present Cole, Fisher, Cole, O’Keefe + Mahoney, with principal attorneys Leah Cole, Joseph O’Keefe, and Rachel Mahoney.
